• Once personalized, item will neither be refund nor exchanged.
• Personalization may take 2 or 5 days.
• The place for embroidery on bags is fixed.
• Font sizes are fixed.
• Long names will not be written.
• One color embroidery on one bag.
• No special characters are allowed.
• The management reserves the right to discontinue or change/modify this offer without any prior notice
