EXCHANGE POLICY
WE SHALL BE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE ANY KIPLING PRODUCTS, PURCHASED ONLINE VIA WWW.KIPLING.COM.SA WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE (DELIVERY), PROVIDED THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL.
How does it all work in practice?
1) Initiate Return
If you have made your purchase online via www.kipling.com.sa and your Kipling product is defective, please send us an email on customercare@jumairah.com.sa, our After Sales Service team will assist you. Please remember to share the details of the product (along with pictures).
2) Pack the products with the return label
Pack the order in your original box (different boxes can be used, but we strongly encourage recycling where possible) and attach the new label shared by our team, ensuring the original label is covered.
3) Drop the products or hand them to the courier
The courier (ARAMEX) will send you message to share your current location to collect the order.
NOTE: In remote areas, customer may need to drop the order to nearest ARAMEX branch by himself.
4) Payment
When your order has been correctly returned to our warehouse, the refund processed takes (10 – 15 business days).
Please note that while the Products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition.
